HCL Technologies — Unable to login on EX-HCLite Portal

Hello HCL Team,

I am not able to login on my Separation portal since it 's not accepting the that received OTP and then my ID gets locked for 2 hours. I tried many times for several days but still no luck. I am using the below URL to login onto My separation Portal HCL Website --

Could you please help me in fixing this issue ASAP so that I may login on my separation portal.
