HCL Technologies — Unable to login to HCL Offboarding Portal - Invalid OTP Error

Good day. I'm the Former Employee of HCL Technologies, Chennai. I would like to request for EPF transfer to my new Account. Trying to login to Offboarding portal ( https://wf4.myhcl.com/MySeparation/Login/Ex-HCLitesLogin.aspx ) 1. I entered login details. It sends the otp to my registered personal email. 2. I entered the received otp. It says invalid otp. Probably my Id is deactivated. I tried reaching out to Helpdesk[protected]. However the Helpdesk support told me that I will need to reach out to Off-boarding partner. I don't have any details of my Off-boarding partner as I relieved from HCL close to 10 Years ago.
