HCL Technologies — Unable to login to offboarding portal

Hi

I am unable to login to the off boarding portal for previous pay slips and other information I need to apply to new jobs.

When I try to login it says OTP sent to my email but I haven’t received any OTPs.
I have been trying to login since 3 days now,

My employee code was 51830919
