HCL Touch — [protected] hcl don't have motherboard for last 2 months

I am fed-up & very disappointing with hcl services. I hv submitted my tablet to sector -2 noida hcl center due to hanging problem and wi-fi not connecting two month back still it is lying at sector-2 due to non availability of parts as per Sector-2 people ( motherboard) . Mr dinesh is not picking my cell ( Manager at sector-2 ). His job is finish
Call center people are asking to visit the branch instead of asking Dinesh to call customer why.


Please help me in either getting my tablet or replace it with new tablet .
