HCL — Unethical behavior

offered me analyst profile, gave several interviews, written test, money incurred in filling forms submitting documents, more than a month time, mental pressure, then suddenly says they can't offer me because I had already worked with hcl for 1.5 months, I didn't hide this thing from them, I told Astha Hr at very first call that I worked with hcl before. there was miscommunication between them.
