My order no. was 96367, i had ordered a Bluetooth speaker (supertooth buddy) for my car and i have asked the customer support people to ship it at least possible time. i have order it on 2nd of Jan 2014.
i have started given them the call five days after placing my order. when i try to trace my product onto their website, it says ready for shipping. but i dont know, weather they are actually waiting for the ship.
Miss Robab, is the only customer support executive that they have hired ina sales group. i have been taking to her since two weeks, but she keep on telling me that they have raise the issue to the concerned team.
Also, customer support people take around 30-40 minutes to pickup the call. its bit kind of harrasing.
I have emailed so much time to Mr. anandkumar gee as well as miss ankita as suggested by Miss Robab but didnt get any response till date even after so many reminders.
If somebody out their is listening, kindly help me out to get my product delivered.
