I am writing to bring to your attention a matter o[censored]tmost concern regarding the unprofessional behavior exhibited by one of your loan staff members, swaroop kv (mob [protected]) working as hdbfs sales manager at kizhisheri easy store and kondotty easy store malappuram district. The purpose of this letter is to formally register my complaint and seek resolution for the distressing experience I have encountered...On november 14 2023 I interacted with swaroop kv during the loan application process. Unfortunately, the encounter left me deeply dissatisfied This conduct was not only unprofessional but also unacceptable in the context of customer service.
