HDB Financial Services — Unethical behaviour | |||||
I am Thangamani from Tuticorin. I have availed a loan from HDB Tuticorin (Rs.1200000/- in the name of Firm and Rs.200000/- in the name of self-Thangamani) and repaying the same promptly. Now I like to change the loan to HDFC LTD for lower rate of interest and got sanctioned. But HDB Tuticorin not accepting the closure cheque which was issued by HDFC LTD. They are also threatened me by telling "We will not return the property documents". As a customer I am so vexed by this answer and ashamed of HDBFS. Already I have paid 5 days interest to HDFC. I have paying interest for both sides. Kindly guide me to react further. Was this information helpful? | |||||
