I have contacted the company for cancelling my "plan" while i was in the 30 days period.. They just kept contacting me to withdraw my decision for cancelling the request... And finally they told i was past my refund period and they cant refund anything. My service request number is 4647522
Date of subscription was[protected]
Date of request for cancellation[protected]
Since then i got my first call at[protected] and they told me to wait 48 hrs and refund will be processed
Second call was at[protected] and the same matter repeated.. Still they are requesting to cancel and deny the refund
