Hi, Iam facing 2 issues with the crizal authorised dealer (as stated by him)- Naina eye+, pimple saudagar, pune
1. I bought a pair of crizal lenses worth 1800 along with a frame costing around 1500, 6 months back and for the first time when the optician handed over the new frame fitted lenses to me one of the lenses was broken at the joinery of the frame and lense. he said whenever there is a problem, we will try to repair it and if the problem of disconnection of frame and lenses takes place we will try to replace it. In a span on 6 months it happened thrice that the frame and glass from the damaged lense disconnection took place. Today when i went to him he said we cant do any replacement we can only try to fix it. I dont understand how a broken glass can be fixed??
2.I thought of buying a new frame. I gave a partial confirmation of my order of a new pair of crizal lenses along with it, for which within 15 minutes of partial confirmation, I personally informed the optical store that I will not buy the lenses for which the opticians said they can't cancel the order and forced me to buy the new pair of lenses. I even asked them to share the customer care number or the dealer number so that I can speak to the appropriate person, the sore denied. Was this information helpful? |
