Respected sir,

I beg to inform you that, my friend has been admited in health center at dhubulia, after he admited to the jealth center, i have seen some cats are rounding around patient bed, so i have told a hosekeeper this is a government hospital and this can be a serious matter for patient health, he argued with me and he tell me, if i have any problem from this cats so please do a complaint, that's why, i am sending this mall to you after that i have gone to bathroom i see that bath room is so dirty and ther is so many mosquitoes it can be dangerous for patient, mosquitoes causes malaria and dengue, i am sending you some pictures of bathroom.

I would requst you please look up this matters as soon as possible otherwise it can be very dangerous for the patient yose how are admited in the hospital.
