I was buying a lipstick for my mother and showed her old lipstick at health &glow phoenix mall and asked them if it was revlon as the writing'd faded. The lady at the Revlon counter told it was and gave me a close match. On getting home we realised it was loreal!. This is very wrong customer service n ways to make a sale. Extremely disappointed.
