Health Sanctuary — Complaint about heath sanctury

Ms bhawana - branch head - tagore garden of health sanctuary made false promises about services of weight loss and skin treatment. She started abusing and blaming the customer and refused to give the treatment later on.. She has taken the money and refused to give us the services.

Ms bhawana did not cleared all the terms and conditions at the time of booking and she was very polite. But after booking and in next sitting onwards she started behaving rudely and blaming me (Customer) when i complaint about not getting the desired result.

Iam neelam and iam facing issues at the rajouri health century, bhavana is such a rude lady and unprofessional. I haven't seen any improvement and lost weight. They all are cheats. I need refund for the amount.
