Health — Worst service in the varthur road health and glow outlet

Hi,

I bought Lotus aloehydra mosturizer from health and glow, BTM outlet. I wanted to exchange it with Lotus Acnegel. I stay far from BTM, so it was no possible for me to go to BTM layout outlet. So i searched in the internet and called the Health & glow outlet in Varthur road to whether can i exchange there & whether they have that product in their store. They told they have that product & i can exchange there. So evening i searched in GPS & reached the outlet. But they told they don't do inter outlet exchange. I said i called & came. The manager told there was a miscommunication & more over they don't have the product. The people in the counter are so dumb, , i mean the DUMBEST!!! They don't know their rules. They don't know how to communicate with their customers. They don't know what products they have in their outlet. I suggest you people should close this outlet .

This is highly dissappointing!!!
