Healthians — Related to Lab test service

My self requested Lab test dated on 23 Oct 2021 and Sample collection carried out by Executive after 1 hr from Home.During collection myself paid online payment to their executive and same is accepted and communicated to me my Lab test result will received over your contact details.
He also confirmed the my contact no and email id to avoid any future concerns.
My self are awaited for the lab test report status and same get contacted to sample collection executive for status at Evening time.he told wait our central team will be co-ordinate with you.
My self are awaited till 25 Oct 2021 till 10: 00 am but no response received over Phone call- message or Email Id.
Then are myself connected with Customer care executive related to lab test status and she communicated your payment not received so, we dispose your sample -WITHOUT ANY COMMUNICATION TO CUSTOMER

Here myself not able understand related to process of contingency of E -Transactions are failed case how to react customer ??

Is it right way to dispose sample without intimation to customer ?
If payment not received then no need to contact customer ??
If after concerns raised by customer then can arrange the re payment facility along with re -test sample collection ?
