Hebron Transport — 2.30 hrs. delay departure. no proper communications

Ticket no.TM2A14083820/PNR no.HT[protected]Coimbatore to Chennai dt.09.01.18 - 8.30 p.m.). First the bus operator informed that 1/2 an hr delay after that no proper communications and I have asked them to initiate refund, but nothing happened. Further, contacted Redbus as because ticket booked through them, but their service is THIRD CLASS and their customer care is do not have the basic knowledge how to solve the problem and they have not even bother to give the complaint number. Mail sent to both (bus operator and Red bus), still no response. Bus, delayed 2 1/2 hrs late and not departed from the boarding point. It starts 20 Km away from the Coimbatore outskirt.
