I booked the ticket from Chennai to Bangalore through paytm.There is van pickup available near my location.I reached the location exactly on pick up time, no van came even after an hour and no call came from the travels regarding my booking.I tried calling the customer service, none attended the call.An hour later the bus driver called to inform that the bus has started.I tried up again calling the customer care, they responded but it was not a responsible answer!.They said come to Chennai main office (which is roughly 15kms away from my location).I spent another 300 rs for the cab.Please do take action against this issue. while most of the passengers got alighted before koyambedu bus terminus only my 5 children continued to travel.
noting this, the driver of the bus started driving the bus on a unshedulded route.on enquiry the driver told the small boy, due to disel shortage he is driving on different route.
He asked the children to get down at a place which is not KNOWN to them.
The regular root of the bus is PH Road, Koyambedu bridge, stops in front of Election Commission Office, Koyambedu.
They also demanded rs300/- as cleaning charges as a small kid vomited and finally made the kid to pay rs 150.no recipt given.
As elders from home went to pickup from koyambedu waited for a very long time thy got panicked .
Regarding the above i want to know
1.Are the HEBRON drivers authorized to take unshedulded roots without trffic diversion?
2.Are the HEBRON buses not given sufficient DISEL to complete a trip?
3.Are the HEBRON Charges for cleaning from passengers?
4.Who will b responsible for the safty and security of passengers forced to get down at unshedulded alighting point?
5.when i spoke to a customer care executive he asked to send a e mail.dont you accept complaint over the phone?
In view of the above unforgettable bad experiences, unfriendly staff attitude, risking the safty of 5 small children i will never travel by HEBRON Again or recommend to anyone.
Unless action taken to correct These kind of bad experiences by passengers, it may affect future of the company .
Expecting immediate reply from the company authority .
