Hebron Transport — Worst service and improper response | |||||
Hi, This is Ramesh babu M ([protected]) .I booked the bus from bangalore to chennai on 10th mar 2016 at 11 PM, i get in to the bus when i stopped at hosur boarder to pay the tax.I informed the cleaner that i going for restroom he said ok. Then they immediately took the vehicle and left the place.I keep calling the driver he never picked the call.For 3 to 4 hrs his number is in call waiting.Very very worst and improper response from the driver whose number is [protected].Then i called to redbus and they arrange the another bus to pick me from krishangiri..During the time they told my laptop bag and luggage bag wil be kept safer.but Morning after reaching chennai my bag are just like that in the same place where i kept it.(No care taken for my bag) I started asking the cleaner why u left me and took the bus i informed than i left the bus but he dont have answer for that.But the driver is abusing me with bad words.. I suggest please dont book your tickets in hebron..It waste of money and worst service. Was this information helpful? | |||||

The driver is world's worst and junk driver .He dont know the value of customer and he dont know how to talk to customer such a cheap and worst driver.He should sued from his job for such activity..
