Hebron Transport — WORST WORST WORST CUSTOMER CARE & FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE

I booked a ticket to trivandrum on may 12th.. on may 11th evening 8pm, i got a message saying the bus has been cancelled due to maintanance issue.. I dint get any call for alternative... I was like WTF.. i had to join work on may 13th. When i called customer care they were rude and said v can arrange for alternative but u hav to pay the extra amount n v cannot negotiate on that. Then i had to pay to extra bugs aas i dint have an option. Cancellation of bus is not customer's problem.. Still they behave so rude and the worst time experience that i had.. NEVER NEVER NEVER GO FOR HEBRON.. EVEN IF YOU GO FOR IT, MAKE SURE YOUR TRAVEL IS BEEN CONFIRMED OR NOT.
