But today i have been allegelly charged rs.250 for my luggage but never have been charged for these days. Is this a new rule? Worst customer service. Employees are not educated with how to talk with customers. Rude behaviour. I was told that rs. 100 for the luggage when i asked for receipt they have punched for rs 250.
