Henry Harvin Education — complaint regarding support and training services

Henry Harvin in relation to the Professional Accounting and Taxation course for which I registered in November 2023.

Upon enrolling in the aforementioned course, it became evident to me that the caliber of trainers assigned by Henry Harvin lacked the requisite knowledge and teaching expertise expected of such an educational institution. Moreover, I found their proficiency in the English language to be substandard, thereby impeding my comprehension of key concepts. Regrettably, out of the ten trainers purportedly designated for instruction, only one exhibited the qualifications necessary to effectively deliver the course material.

Furthermore, I must emphasize my disappointment with the inefficiency demonstrated by Henry Harvin's customer support team. Simple requests, such as updates to recorded lectures, were routinely met with delays spanning two to three weeks, significantly hindering my learning experience. Despite assurances made by their sales team prior to enrollment, subsequent attempts to seek assistance post-registration were met with silence.

Although I persevered through numerous obstacles to resolve my concerns, the extension of my membership by a mere one month scarcely rectified the systemic issues plaguing the institution. Even more disheartening was the lack of response to my inquiries raised in April 2024, reflecting a profound disregard for the grievances of paying students.

In essence, it is my earnest belief that Henry Harvin's practices prioritize monetary gains over the educational welfare of its students, culminating in an environment rife with discontent and disillusionment.
