My user id is w1c1434591. As the order was placed on 19 feb as i had paid money for it and after that i had refused to take order and wanted to cancelled it and as product was firstly reached to us on 22 feb and we refused and wanted to cancel the product and we all had made process and finally they cancelled the order on 2nd of march and they initiated for refund on 15th march and mailed us that the refund will reflect on your account in 7 - 10 working days but still there is no refund issued and when i called back on 29th march they said they are requesting the finance team as soon as they can, after that i again called on 6th april regarding refund but still same answer and now today at 9th april when i called they are saying that refund is already initiated on 29th march. As of they can also say that on 6th april but they didn't and they are now saying today, when i refused that the refund is not received than they are asking for bank statement as they are not confirming from customers after doing refund. So today i had to called 5-6 times for getting update as they are not liable to give any update. And now they are asking me to wait as refund will initiate and ask me to wait as i am waiting from 22 feb to till now (as on me ) and from their side 2nd march to till now .
So now i am complaining about the inconvenience which i had to face after calling 15-20 times till i had cancelled my order.
