Dear Herbalife nutrition team,
My self Anusuya Sharma my ID#W1C1151270 please note that, when l have place the order for nutrition on 3rd February we have done 2 transaction for the amount #8478.86 Rupees Against order #[protected] due to first transaction was incomplete later on it's also credited in Herbalife account and the issue raised immediately to the Herbalife customer Care against complaint number #[protected] to herbal Life but till now we didn't receive the refund amount and after that I did lot of follow with team everytime there is confirmation will receive the refund today or tomorrow but at the end there is no action therefore, I really disappointed with the service.
Moreover, i would like to request you to take the appropriate action to refund the amount so we can place new order for the product as our nutrition has been finished.
