Herbalife India — Non Delivery of Products purchased from Herbalife site | |||
I had ordered for Herbalife products on 04-Feb-15 from the company's site against full payment . The status on their site shows that order has been completed on 06-Feb-15 which means my consignment has been dispatched. Since i have still not received it, i tried contacting the Helpline [protected] several times to understand the reason for delay but each & everytime i have been put on hold for more that 15 mins & no agent came online. Had tried speaking to executives at their city office but the only information they could give is that the consignment has been dispatched... i need to wait patiently for delivery of order # [protected]. Living in Kolkata i have never experienced this kind of service from any company or courier service. Was this information helpful? | |||
