Herbeno Life Care — not giving order to deliver / not refunding the money

Dear sir,

My self is vikas verma from ghazibad.
Few days back i got a call from herbeno life care indore (M. P).
According to their call they were appointing distributor / dealer ship in ghazibad (U. P) for expanding their businesses.

So they asked me to deposit security deposit of rs. 30000.00 (Thirty thousand). Rs.15000.00 (Fifteen thousand) were paid in advance. Five thousand deposit in axis bank account & ten thousand were paid to the post office at the time of delivery of parcel.

Balance 15000.00 were to be paid after 1 month.

Now they are asking more rs.5000.00 (As balance of security deposit).
I asked them, to refund my money & take their parcel back.
Now they are not giving any order to deliver nor refunding my money back.
So please do the needful so that i can get my refund.
