Hero Fincorp Ltd — Twice installment taken in a same week from my existing accounts

Dear Sir/Madam,

I Papiya Nath C/o Bimolendu Nath, Villege- South Kalachup, P.O.Kalachup, District-Karimganj, Assam, 788166.
My complaint is that, my EMI is Rs.2782.00 per month for my scooty
The last/Previous EMI Rs.2782.00 has been WITHDARWAL_ACH_Debit -HeroFincorpLtd. on dtd. 08/05/2020 & the same has been Hold/Debit from my existing account by 15/05/2020.
So, how come it is possible to debit same EMI twice in a week during lockdown.
Sir, My request is that, kindly take necessary action in this regards and credit the same to my account.
