I called and asked for last service due in March to be preponed as was facing cockroach issues even after 2 complaint services after 2nd service.
The lady said she can't find slots, so they will call in the evening and give slots...but noone called even after 3 days..
I called later again to book the service, but this time the representative hung up on me after asking me to wait for sometime.
Now Hicare service has become highly unprofessional..and this year service is highly ineffective..very very disappointed... Was this information helpful? |
