Hidesign India — Account debited but order not confirmed

I placed an order on 1st august 2022 for two bags redeeming gifts cards worth Rs4000 plus points on my account. I had made the balance payment via net banking -cc avenue. I have not received a confirmation of my order. And also received a mail asking me to continue with my order for items in my cart. My points and gift cards have been redeemed successfully and I have also received transaction confirmation from cc avenue for the balance payment . I have shared my voucher details, payment debit confirmation from my bank account and ccavenue and trying for a resolution from the customer care team.. So far team has not confirmed or responded
