I had bought the Hidesign bag on May 31, 2022.
The metallic part broke within 10 days and I had to return it to Hidesign for repair for which they took 15 days.
The same part has broken and since I am frustrated at this poor quality I have give the bag back for a refund.
After all this exercise which cost me a month, Customer care says no refund since 30 days have passed.
Poor customer empathy, bad quality and no action - this is a sure shot recipe of disaster for Hidesign which prides itself as a premium brand.
