I purchased a premium leather hand bag costing rs 13795/- from hidesign outlet at igi airport terminal 1d on 23/12/2017. Due to paucity of time i could not check the bag properly. However when i reached guwahati, i found that the lock of the bag is defective, i handed over the bag to the hidesign outlet at guwahati on 27/12/2017 for repair.
I am really shocked that hidesign outlet has sold me a high end product which turned out to be defective.
