Hidesign India — I didnt get my order tracking details and my money is gone too

I ordered a bag from hidesign and I paid using Paytm secondly I didn’t even get a confirmation email. I thought it’s ok but then after 4 days I didn’t even get the tracking details and I am getting worried of if they just stole my money. I also ordered one wallet but by COD and they came to ask for money like please my paid order should come first. I want either my order of my money back. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I got the order tracking information but it’s stuck in the same place for a week now
They said they give it in 5-7 days how much long should I wait
A WHOLE YEAR??
Just give me my order I’ll never order from this website every again

I am facing the same issue Order #HD53564. It has been a month. My INR 5000 is stuck with Hidesign.
I wonder if there is anyway we can get this pathetic customer care team to respond.
