Hidesign India — inability to repair my sunglasses

Hi,

I had been to garuda mall hidesign as my sunglasses which i had (Purchased in the bengaluru domestic airport in the month of march 2018) had been broken.
The membership is in the name of nagarjun ganapa.
They tell me that the screw is broken and it cannot be fixed.
Why did i purchase it from hidesign if it can’t be repaired at all?
It’s also comes under warranty period.
Highly highly disappointed. Kindly look into it
Its an expensive piece too.
