Ref invoice # 501hs19-6525 dt 12 dec 19. Gifted subject hand bag for birthday of wife. It's zip chain got stuck at one end after inspecting chain operation for 2/3 times. Bag is in unused condition. It was disappointing event for 60th b'day for her.!
Please replace hand bag immediately. Returning goods to you with original carton and warranty card.
