I had ordered a leather hand bag through company online website. The picture what they showed and the size i got was so different. So i had requested for return and refund. All this happened in the month of May beginning. The delivery agent the company has is so lazy, that i had to call lot of times to get it picked. Neither company owned the responsibility to pick not its agent. Finally one fine day they appeared and took the product from my residence. Since then I have been trying to reach the company for refund and never they picked the call nor responded to my claim on refund. It's been more than 2-3weeks i have been following them for refund. Whereas their refund policy says within a week the refund will be processed.
Totally unprofessionalism from this so called reputed company Hidesign to act lik this. In this way if they gonu cheat the customer, then they can't any ethic or quality too.
I hope it reaches to the concerned authorities to take action. Mr. Dilip Kaur the founder of this company shud know how bad they treat the customers.
Not even a single response from the company side to my mails or phone calls.
It's a sin to choose the product of Hidesign. Never i can think of recommending this company's products
