I was gifted a Hidesign handbag for my silver wedding anniversary by my husband in March, just prior to the lockdown in Chennai.
Given that the handbag was very heavy, we were keen to exchange the handbag at the earliest. However, we could not given my health and the prevailing situation where I was unable to take a risk and personally come too the store to select an alternative.
We went back to the store in July, when the situation was a little better but were told about the time limit for return - something not mentioned in the receipt. Apparently, this should have been communicated by the lady at the store at the time of purchase. The lady at your Ispahani centre was there last customer friendly. We were so taken aback by her reaction that we have left the bag at the store itself.
As customers of Hidesign for some decades now, it was hard to note how the brand has missed the customer friendliness and accommodating the changing needs given the current times. Need an exchange or refund for the INR 8000 spent. Was this information helpful? |
