Hi,
I purchased a laptop bag from Hidesign Portal online on 1st March Order ID- HD49465. The bag was too small for my needs and I initiated a return and refund on 9th March. The bag was collected from on 11th March. Till date hidesign has not initiated the refund. They never answer their phone and multiple mails sent to customer care mail ID, Customercare are ignored conveniently.
