I had placed an online order for a sling bag in February 2022, when the product arrived, i was not at all happy with the quality. I have been a hidesign customer for the longest time and all the bags i carry are from this brand. Never faced a complaint or quality issue ever.
I was asked to initiate a refund, which i did in February itself, but till date no reply from customer service on this issue. have tried calling on the one and only number provided on the website but that too goes unanswered. Mails are automatic with no indication of what the process is. Now today when i checked out the complaints for refunds not being resolved, i feel Hidesign is not living upto its commitment to quality for the community of shoppers Was this information helpful? |
