Received very poor service at the hidesign bangalore airport store.
On 24th june18 i bought a wallet & paid ₹1895/- through my debit card,
As soon as i started putting my stuff in the wallet i found that they have given a defective wallet.
Then while trying to exchnge the article they did not refund nor gave any credit voucher of the differenc amount (₹100).
They deliberately took so much time that i almost missed my flight. The manager & the other counter staff were busy chatting on phone with a very indifferent attitude.
Feeling cheated & disgusted by the retail service lavel of such a reputed brand.
