I don’t know why are you saying that the faculty don’t know anything as we have industry professionals trainer in all of over branch. Rest if you do have any problem with the trainer we will provide you another batch.

I think you must get your receipts printed again. While the refund will not be provided is a very fine statement, the trainer dates and timings must also be guaranteed. Any delay because of the trainers fault or leave is entirely not the student's fault. And the solution can not be we'll provide you another trainer.
