Updated by damagecasek They first conduct classes after students pay the amount. Then they get receipt signed where its written that no refund will be provided. However there is no guarantee given by them in writing that classes will happen on time or even happen or not. After you complain and ask for refund they keep shuttling your case from one person to another. Then some idiot lady calls and harasses you for hours to not ask for refund and take some other class.

This is a fraud institute. And Im fine with that. Hope their kids and families are fine living with people who do such frauds. This whole country is surviving on such frauds. But please be ethical in illegal activities. Mention in your receipts that no guarantee of quality of trainer or classes that will be conducted.

Updated by damagecasek I read the pathetic responses of HTS representative on this forum. They are as confused as HTS is corrupt.

1. They say that they provide 'placement assistance' not 'placement'. Fine. But your students are complaining about the quality of trainer. Others are complaining that classes dont even happen. And your response if they cant get placed is that its the student's fault. Then what kind of 'assistance' have you provided?
Are you showing them the way to the office or hiring auto for them? Training zero. Training schedule guarantee zero. When they dont get placed you say its the students fault. What is this assistance then please explain.

2. You call students 'mature' when they sign completion docs or pay the fees which wont be refunded. But where is your credibility when trainers are being changed frequently or its taking 7-8 months for simple courses to complete? Why cant you refund money to such students in goodwill or to show that you are a credible organization.
