I received a airtime of ₹ 177 from hike in my hike account for winning a contest and run feeding my friend to hike. I am supposed to redeem the airtime by the way of mobile phone rechaege . From day before yesterday I.e.from 9th Dec. I am trying to redeem the amount by recharge but every time I tried to redeem it the transaction got failed. The last date of that amount is 15th DEC. And still the recharge is not getting succeeded. I had also sent a mail to team hike but I doesn't received any reply from their side. I just want to redeem the amount as soon as possible.
