Hikvision — How to contact them to install vdp at my home as their customer care number not working

I bought HIKVISION VIDEO DOOR PANEL through amazon. Now i am trying to connect with the company through customer care no given at their website but its not working.
Whom should i connect with to get it install. The company should provide at least 2 to 3 numbers to conect.
