Sir,
My rank in the himachal pradesh bed exam is 456 (General-open) category. During the first round of counselling i got the college which was at number third position of my preferences. I did not get any upgrade or shifting of college option. During the second round of counselling iam not able to login and change my college because it says iam not authorised for it. Kindly tell me what should i do to change my college.

I tried so many time to call to univercity office ...but they are not responding...
