Himachal Pradesh University — Payment not done and unethical behavior on call | |
I filled online examination form for B.Com and made the payment on the portal. The amount was deducted from my account but it's not showing on the portal. I called on the HPU helpline number mention on the site ([protected]) and the person who received the call had no manners to talk. He was rude, didn't even listened to my query, just asked me to call on another number 959 and disconnected the call. I called again as 959 wasn't clear what number it is. That person got hyper and said I told you to call on 959, I confirmed if the last digits are 959 or not. He rudely said YEs and disconnected the call. I called on [protected] but nobody is answering this number since last 5 days. During these bad times, students are already worried about their studies and facing a lot of issues but these HPU employees are not at all helpful to the students. How we're supposed to resolve our queries if we face any issue when they are not even answering our calls and if someone is answering, they gets angry over why did we call.
