Himachal Pradesh University — result not updating

Hey, this is shiwang university roll number ([protected]) from govt college dharamshala, my 4th sem result was out and i have a f in mathematics even after passing in theory, i checked my college assesment which is 28 out of 30, still there is f, i asked the college clerk to check it again he said he has filled the assessment, it has been a week and i am loosing patience now. Please tell me what should i do.
