Himesh — returning of himesh kit

With respect to above we want to state that we had purchased two kits for our two children but later on we realised that one kit for our one child himesh is not useful for him so we had written to byjys counselor chirag wadhwa mobile number [protected] for cancellation of himesh order on 23.09.2019 but till date no one has come to pick up tab and study material we had called yesterday byjys toll free number yesterday they had told that counselor had not registered yet for cancellation of himesh order
