I am writing to request a relieving letter from my previous employment
with Hinduja Global Solutions Pvt.Ltd Bangalore, from May 25, 2018 to
July18th 2018. My employee ID was 205349 .

I understand that my absence five years ago due to a family emergency
has caused inconvenience to the team and affected my job status with
the company. I regret to inform you that due to unforeseen
circumstances, I was unable to continue with the organization. My
mother was not feeling well, and I needed to be present to attend to
her urgent medical needs. This required my presence for more than a
couple of weeks. Even though I had discussed the situation with my Team
Leader, I was not able to take the leave required, which made it
difficult for me to continue with my employment at HGS.

As the employment market is currently challenging, I have put in a lot
of effort to secure a job at TCS Bangalore, where a relieving letter
is mandatory for background verification. I am the sole provider for
my family, and therefore, I kindly request HGS to issue a one-page
letter on their letterhead, stating my name, employee ID, joining
date, and relieving date and payslip. Kindly assist and let me get my relieving letter and payslip
