Reg: Complaint about Hindustan Developers
I wish to inform you that I am Choudhury Deepak Kumar Sahoo the Permanent resident of Village-Badatira Po- Chhenapdi, Dist-Keonjhar and currently staying at House No-1168, Around Ramayan Park, Sector-29, Faridabad, Haryana. i have booked a Simplex house from “Hindustan Developer” who is situated at A/304, Nr. Vanvihar Rly stn, Saheed Nagar, Bhubaneswar on his project “Hindustan Next level, Bhagabatipur, Kateni, Plot No- B 86, . As per Agreement dated 18th September 2009, they have to complete the Simplex and handover to me within 18 months from the agreement and the Amount of Rs 8, 00, 000 Lakh. As per construction link plan I have paid 10% booking amount Rs, 80, 000 thousand vide cheque no- 190669 & 307220 dated 12th Sep. 2009 with his receipt no-103. But as of[protected] I am not getting any update on this from them. Then I visited to his office on 12th march 2012 but they dined to do the construction on the agreed amount and Charging High Amount Rs. 15, 00, 000 Lack which is almost double of the agreed amount.
After that I have asked them, the new price is not affordable for me, so please returned my money with bank interest of 24 % . But still they don’t do anything and just playing with me.
Again I visit their office on 8th June 2012 and that time they provide me a cheque of Rs. 80, 000 without any Interest and after deposit the same cheque it’s got bounced.
After that I have given the information to Mr. Manoj Mohapatra ( Managing Director) about the cheque bounce on 20th June 2012, he told me, they deposit the amount in my A/C within 1-2 days, But still they don’t depositing the same and not picking the phone also.
My humble request to you to please take this matter to media and black listed to this type of builder and help me to get my money back..

Also, last year, I went to their office near Vani vihar rly station, but he was out side and told me in phone to come other day. This year, when I send, this office was closed. Also, their website, hindustaandevelopers.net is closed since long time.
Please, advice, how to deal with such situation.
