Please provide as much information as possible...Dear concern authority, As I had already given cheque drawn at S.B.I.bank khar branch mumbai in march 2015.Till.date I had not received my coupans after making 10 to 12 complaints on phone and every time I get the same answer that I will receive in next 10 days.According to your customer relation my coupan no.is 40903565.but it is not in my hand.I request you to please send my coupans and give your executive name and no.otherwise You will be losing 1 of your reader who is subscribing ht since 2006 in mumbai Thanks Hasan
