Hindustan Wellness — service provider negligence

I took the package & paid the full amount by debit card on 21/03/18 to the person whose mobile number is[protected] who came for collection of blood samples. But till today i couldn't receive my reports & payment receipt. Inspite my complaints to customer care no. My registered mobile no is [protected]. By now the company should refund my paid amount & damages. Will anybody respond or i should move the court.
